Pearson Course Maintenance
MyLab, Mastering, and MathXL courses will be unavailable
Summary: Pearson will perform maintenance of some of their products from Friday, July 31, 2026, at 10 p.m. through Saturday morning, 6 a.m.
What does this mean for me? All MyLab, Mastering, and MathXL for School courses will be unavailable in Canvas, online, and using the Pearson+ app, the following services will remain available:
- Learning Catalytics
- Pearson+
- Revel courses
- StatCrunch
While these products remain available, Pearson warns that disruptions during the maintenance window are possible and suggests users avoid any critical assessment activity during this period.
Content saved to the Pearson+ mobile app before maintenance begins will remain available unless it requires an active server connection.
Planned Maintenance Times
- Thursdays, 9:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., midnight.
- Sundays, 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
During these times, online services may be briefly unavailable without advance notice.
